Is this Prinzmetal angina? (chestpain + tachycardia and more pvc's)

The past week i've been having a tight left chest which decreases and increases
with intensity as the day moves forward, but usually the tightness is quite mild.

Yesterday, the tightness felt much more pronounced than other days.
And after an hour of building up intensity, it reached a climax which made my heart race
as well as have more PVC's.

My heart had more pvc's (nothing life threatening)
and much faster rate than usual, for at least an hour.

Had i not reacted a bit anxious, then I guess the attack would have ended much sooner than 1 hour.
After this attack, i went for a brisk walk that lasted 30 mins
so i doubt i have a sick heart or blocked arteries.

In the evening my chest still felt too tight and a bit sore, and to prevent another episode,
I took some 1mg lorazepam.
I am experiencing a little stress lately so this could have triggered prinzmetal i think?

Today my chest feels less tight than yesterday, but it's still there as it'sbeen there for a week now or so.
I never drink coffee because a couple of years ago i started having these kind of symptoms,
but i know that if i would drink only a small cup there is a big chance that i would get muscle spasm + tachycardia + more pvc.

This sounds like prinzmetal angina right?

I would call my cardiologist and explain the symptoms, and ask for an ekg just to rule out anything considering the pressure radiating to the back, arm, etc.  I wouldn't second guess prolonged tightness/pressure.
Take care.

As response to this possible SPASM I might have actually had a short burst of SVT or NSVT,
which triggered a bit of anxiety.

My left chest tightness/pressure, radiates to back shoulder, left upper arm, left under arm and left hand :)
