I have to watch the salt as well. Salt swells me up, runs blood pressure up, and the less I use it, the less I grave it. but thanks for your question. I had never heard of MSG. and thanks Jerry for your input.

I consider MSG a form of Salt on steroids : (   Said another way, if you're having problems you may want to also avoid salt.
