Is this an svt or af

My heart will start twitching then suddenly start beating very fast but I get a strange tickling sensation with my heart beat then after about 10 15 min I'll get a hard beat and it will go back to normal. Does anyone else get this feeling with their svt.

A steady rapid rhythm is usually SVT.  AF can be rapid with skips and jumbled rhythm.  My daughter is experiencing AF currently, while I had a life with SVT.  I was surprised when she told me that her AF converts in a similar way that SVT does.  It does so very quickly, and within seconds she's back in NSR.  I would get a monitor on this to find out what it is.  Drug therapy for the two is different.
