Thanks for your answer, they have already removed medication and a 24 hr blood pressure monitor test proved it is not my blood pressure that is causing the lightheadedness and fainting problem upon standing up. So now they have me going to the Electrophysiology clinic at the University of Michigan hospital. Hopefully they can figure this whole mess out. Thanks for you reply.

Rose,
Do you happen to have a detailed copy of the holter report? Maybe a closer look at some of the things the tech scrutinize while reading them would help tailor a better answer for you.
In particular, are they noting any sort of complex ectopic activity? Couplets? Triplets? Runs? R on T? Etc.
Type it out and post it, maybe someone who is familiar with them can provide a better answer with more information.
Several PVCs may cause a temporary drop in blood pressure, and it's important to be sure if you have a lot of PVCs in this setting, or if the blood pressure drop is caused by a slow compensatory response in your blood vessels or heart rate.
Beta blockers or calcium channel blockers (often used in the setting of angina) can increase this effect and lower the blood pressure. You should discuss your blood pressure and the Holter report with your doctor.
