I’ve been getting cold sweats off exercise

When I stand up and walk around I’ve been getting cold sweats when I sit back down, I’ve noticed an increase in my heart rate during this and my resting heart rate has risen has it’s normally around 55-60, it’s happened two days in a row now and I feel like I can’t do anything. My breathing seems fine I haven’t been feeling weak or anything and I’ve been drinking plenty of water. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I was going to ask how you are doing on your hydration.  Dehydration can often lead to orthostatic hypotension.  Do you feel dizzy at all?

When I stand up I do s little bit but then I feel okay, it’s the heart rate I’m more worried about because it shoots up on my fitbit when I stand and start to walk about, I’ve been to the doctors too many in times this month I’ve had a upper respiratory infection, I’m getting my blood test results back today also a few weeks back my blood pressure was normal, It’s weird because I never usual get cold sweats.
Blood test came back as all normal
