LBBB and pvcs

Hi, i'm 17 y/o and I have been having pvc's for 3 months now, i've wore a 24hr holter and have done about 4 EKG's I have a cardiologist apt next week and I just have a couple questions.

First off, at my regular doctor I had an EKG done and it said I had a LBBB or RBBB I forget which one. Well since then i've had 3 more EKG's and none of them have showed a LBBB or RBBB could this be because the first EKG was inacurate? Or should I tell my cardiologist about it?

For the last question, How should I go about asking my doctor for a echo just to be 100% sure about my pvc's, and which tests would assure me that nothing is wrong. If I ask the doctor for a echo does he have to give me one? Because I just want to know for sure that nothing is wrong.

Thanks for your time.

it was probably an incomplete right bundle.  they are common in  young people.  it is best to obtain a copy of that EKG and and show it to the cardiologist.  let them interpret it rather than looking at the computer interpretation.

An echocardiogram is pretty standard in the evaluation of palpitations.  If  you just say that you would feel much better knowing that you ahve a structurally normal heart with echo, they are likely to oblige.  They will probably want one anyway.

I hope this helps.
