hear pain

Hello. I just wanted to know if this is a sign of a heart attack because I am sleeping so deep this morning then my phone alarmed and I woke up very startled or surprised or I don't know lol that it cause my heart to pump so hard that I felt a pain that stings on my heart. It's evening now but I can still feel the pain although it's not that painful anymore but I am worried now to sleep because I might feel that pain again. I also have gerd and taking pantoprazole+domperidone so i hope its just because of my medicines. Im also thinking if Im having anxoety because im always overthinking lol
