Multiple PACs

I get about 5 to 10 PACs a minute.  Lately, I've been getting multiple PACs in a row during the past day or so.  They come three in a row and sometimes up to eight in a row.  I am ok if it's one or two but was just wondering if anyone else gets PACs like that.

If you can clear it with your cardio, jogging 5-6 minutes twice a day at 115bpm got rid of my PACs for 8 months. Now they're back and I have to run twice as much. Just make sure to check with your cardio if you're healthy enough to start running.

I had PACs every 5-6 beats starting at around 10:00 pm until morning. Also, had a PSVT attack every day.

Then the PACs progressed and within six months they were round the clock and I began to experience incessant PSVT (one episode after another,at least 50% of the day.)

I had an EP study with ablation. The EP study found I had a couple spots in my heart causing these problems. They were ablated. ( I had not structural problems or health issues.)

Seven months post ablation, I am not much better than I was. (I don't take any meds.)

I have literally tried everything from chelated magnesium (which helps to make the PACs milder but doesn't make them stop) soaking in Mag oil, to herbs, to fish oil. None of it works.

Ablation is the onlly cure (or a pacemaker ) If one ablation doesn't work, then you have to get another one.

Hi. Now I feel like I'm on an elite group. LOL. I am a 38 yr old male and I have been experiencing PAC symptoms for about 5 months. SCARY....
I saw my cardiologist and he basically said that I'm ok. No heart problems, but was experiencing muliple PAC's. He prescribed 25 mg of metoprolol tid (twice a day). For some reason I feel worse. I had a stress test 2 days ago and I was told no abnormalities were noticed. I did show PAC's on the test. These PAC's make me very nervous and have visited the ER twice in the last 5 months. No findings of any heart condition so the ER doctor prescribed xanax for anxiety. Still experiencing these very strong abnormal heartbeats that have me very concerned. Tonight I decided to research it a little more and find out that everyone that is having PAC's are being told the same thing. "Live with it". If anyone has any stories on how to stop these Pac's. Please share....

Hi, I am also new to PACs. Recorded ~4,500 PACs in 24 hrs in June 2009. I have symptoms similar to Roses201NJ for over 2 months with no obvious improvement. I had to sit for a while before I could lay down last night. In June my family doctor told me not to worry, and she saw no need to see a cardiologist. I sometimes have 2-3 beats skipped immediately followed by several fast beats. I would appreciate any advice you may have. Thanks.

I am new to PACS. First time last year I got my first attack of pacs,it lasted one week. This year it has been one month and still going. I am a young 60 yr old female. I do not smoke, drink and I am decafinated. Had EKG , halter stress test and echo cardiologist says "early beats" PAC . Starting me on topral 50 mg daily. He said they are not harmful so I said if they are not then why am I taking medication? He said because I am symptomatic.
My PAC is most active at Night around 8-9 pm and in bed sometimes unable to lay down they are so forceful no matter which side so I fall asleep sitting up and some nights I don't feel them when laying down. As of this writting I have not tried the Topral because I don't like to take medications due to side effects and how it may upset my G I tract. I also have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) the past 4 years.
This is scary when my heart beats so forecfull feels like it's coming out of chest. Has any one else experienced pacs bad at nigh and unable to sleep?

I feel ok, except that waiting for it to stop is a little scary.  I've been thinking of trying some magnesium supplements.  I read that it may help.  I was just wondering if there are side effects to taking this type of supplment.

I've gotten them two or three at a time, but never as many as eight. I don't know if that means anything or not. They are bothersome, for sure. When you get eight in a row, do you feel okay otherwise?
