My heart beats so fast it shakes my me

Why does my body shake so sudden at home an work it distractes also finding a partner makes me think no one will like me cause I shake so much I need to see a doctor I've had this problem ever since it's been three years

So I went to the local gp for my results an they said my hearts been racing to 157 that I need to see a cardiologists

I actually went to the doctors for throroid blood test everything's fine except my heart it pounds fast and make me shake so I'm getting a heart monitor on it

So how does the heart monitor work cause I sometimes get a stab feel in my heart I didn't feel it when I got the heart monitor does it record the rhythm

No need to be sorry.  Well it sounds like you are getting to the bottom of things and getting some proper testing done to sort out what is going on.  Please keep me posted on what you find out.  Sounds like you have a lot to deal with so try to not see it as a reflection of you.  There are a lot of people in the world who cannot work because of health issues.  You need your body to live so you must take care of that first then take care of work after.  Hang in there.  Things will get better when you get it all sorted out and possibly on proper medication.  Take care.

I actually went to the doctors and they said its seizures asked me questions whether I was feeling depressed not that I feel it but sometimes I feel sad when I wasn't working at the time that might of made me worse . they also said they d put some thing on my heart cause I did mention my heart thumping too much when I shake that I cant do anything also I might be seeing a neurologists. I'm already seeing a neurologist cause they say I have multiple sclerosis I get migraines maybe thats the reason why I feel sad too

It is hard to say at this point if it is your heart or some sort of muscle spasm or even possibly a seizure of some sort.  I agree seeing a doctor is in order to get to the bottom of this.  Please try not to see this as a reflection of your character.  You have a psychical problem that needs to be addressed so just go see a doctor to try and get it sorted out. Please keep us posted on how you are doing.
