Non-Specific ST Changes During Stress Test

Hi,

29 y/o male. Overall pretty healthy, though I could probably eat a few more veggies and exercise a bit more. Which I've been doing.

I've been having random PVC's for the past 18 months. Sometimes once or twice and they're gone for a few weeks / months, or sometimes bad enough where I've had to go into Emergency.

I've had two EKGs in emerg, all "normal". I've had a 24 hour holter monitor, which came back with one PVC, otherwise "normal." I had an echo and stress test done, and the cardio doc said everything looked healthy / normal. He said he noticed a few things, but they aren't anything to worry about about. His bedside manner was terrible though, and taking a look at his reviews online were less than favourable. But he's been doing this for over 30 years, so... Must know what he's talking about, right?

Fast forward a few weeks, my family doctor reviewed my stress test results and noticed a lot of "non-specific" ST changes during it and grew concerned. Accordingly to him, a young, healthy patient like myself shouldn't be seeing these changes at all. Of course, Google is telling me this is either benign and nothing to worry about, or it increases your likelihood of sudden heart failure by 60%. Stupid internet. But there's not lot of solid information on these results it looks like.

Does anyone have an expertise or experience with this diagnoses? Should I go get a second opinion for another Cardiologist?

Your situation on the pvcs how they come and go. Your age everything sounds very similar to mine. I also did stress test heart ultrasound everything and everything normal..i did a month long  holter monitor and actually had some of my "attacks" (not sure if panic or soemthing different) and the cardiologist  doctor said that when my heart rate would go to 180 resting thst the only thing on the monitor was pvcs and pacs everytime.my general practitioner also agreed with the cardiologist.

The only thing im unsure of is what do you mean when you say ST changes? I don't post on this board a whole lot so some of the terms im unfamiliar with

Ive had like 25 ekgs, 3 stress tests, 2 stress echocardiograms, 1 echocardiogram, 1 cardiac MRI, 1 EP study, countless blood tests and x rays and everything turned out normal. BUT, but, my heart monitor caught an episode if ventricular tachycardia 2 weeks ago. My doctors dont know what caused it and its a horrible feeling. Im paranoid and dont even leave my bed anymore. They gave me medicine and told me to go home, but my other doctor tells me not to take it. I had never, ever had PVCs before. After the v tach i had 1 or two but like 3 days apart each. Just stay with your doctors and be patient. I wish i was in your situation lol
