Normal Blood Pressure Fast Heart Rate

Hello,
I am 24 year old male software Engineer. since from last 1 year i notice that my heart beat goes to more than 100 (rarely) but mostly near bout 80 - 95 BPM. I did my checkup from two different heart specialist doctors. ECG is normal both times. All related blood test normal. Thoriod gland test normal range. Doctor suggest me beta blocker but after taking 3 dosages i feel less blood circulation and inflammable in my whole right hand only so i left taking it.
i feel dizziness, lightheartedness and some time shortness of breath.

That is a tough one.  Your heart rate is in the normal range but I understand it may not feel normal to you.  Odds are your heart is beating fast for you due to something outside the heart but it can be hard to pin down.  Watch your diet.  Things that upset the stomach can actually cause the heart to speed up.  Diets high in sugars and carbohydrates and fats.  Caffeine.  Being dehydrated so drink lots of water.  And stress and anxiety.  There are a few other conditions more related to the brain that can affect the heart, one called POTS and the other Dysautonomia.  You may want to check them out and see if you match up but your heart rate really doesn't seem to be fast enough but check them out just to be sure.  Maybe keep an eye on your blood pressure for a time.  If it tends to be a bit on the low side that can cause the heart to speed up.  Things like adding some sodium to your diet may help the situation but do not add sodium unless you know your bp is low.  Also, if you are busy with work and don't exercise a lot it could be simply deconditioning of the heart.  Getting into a regular exercise routine may help.  So it can be a bit of a trial and error to sort it out but sounds like your tests show that you are generally healthy so just take a look at your lifestyle and see if there are things you can improve on that will help.   Well hope you can sort things out.  Take care.
