Omega 3 supplementation advice?

Does anyone have a brand and dosage regimen they really like?  There are a ton out there and I'm not sure about differences, benefits etc.   Thanks

The difference is the absorption factor and strength.

In the liquid, you get a higher strength and do not have to take any pills. Also, if you have any type of digestion problem, the liquid will go direct to your system, whereas the pill has to dissolve and then go where it is supposed to. I always like to take liquids when at all possible.  Also, the ingredients that make up the pill (like the fillers, etc.) has to be accepted by the body, and you do not have that problem with the liquid.

To Katie, I was on Fish Oil for 1 week and started to notice a difference.

To Sassy, What is the difference between the liquid form and the pill form?

I take "Carlson Fish Oil" I take one tablespoon twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, both, after a meal. I found it to be the best and has the least containments, and mercury. It is lemon flavored also.

It has helped me so much, it is unbelievable. I have been on it for 4 years and the results have been phenomenal. For instance, my triglycerides were over 160, now, they are 72, my cholesterol is 176. my CRP level is almost zero, and my fibrinogen is real low too. These are all indicators of approaching CAD. The CRP is the amount of inflammation in your arteries, and that is actually more important as an indicator than cholesterol. When the arteries are inflamed, they are rough like our cuticle, and this is what causes the cholesterol to build up. Also, I hardly have any episodes of really fast heart rates, except when I am very nervous. My restintg rate is now between 65 and 70, it used to always be in the 80's, I think it may have even helped my PVC/PAC some as well, I know if I forget to take it, I notice the force of the beat more.

At first, I did not think I could take the taste, but, now, shoot, I take it like a champ, I never leave town without it. If I do forget it, I go to the nearest health food store in the area and get a big bottle. You can buy it at any good, health food store and it is well worth the price.

Hope this helps
God bless

Oh! I forgot, you would not burp the fish oil if you take the pill each time you eat something or after every meal, I have never had a problem with it.

I started noticing the difference 3 days later, I would get pvc's but not as much only about 50%, a week to 10 days later I did not feel any during my 1.5 mile jogging .
As I said before, I think pvc's come to us when our hearts get all dried up and there's no oil to keep them moist and soft so that's why we need Omega 3 fish oil.

Regarding the fish oil, how long did it take before you noticed a difference?
