PVC during + after exercise

Yeah so I got another treadmill test and had PVC's and PACs during the treadmill test and in the cool down stage.  The doctor said it was somewhat concerning and sent me on my way?!?!  Oh well anyways I heard that PVC's after exercise are bad and that PVC during exercise can cause exercise induced V-Tach and lead to sudden death.  My Doctor does not want to explain anything to me, he just wants to pump me up with beta blockers and Xanax.  Anyone know anything about PVC and exercise.  This doctor on you tube says PVC are a big deal in the cool down stage.  The link is below:

i read on a website a nurse said exercise can trigger pvcs/pacs because of the adrenalin, my doctor said if need to look up anything go to www.patient.co.uk its written for health proffessionals and not listen or take seriously chat sites, i get them because i have anxiety and they'r horrible. beta blockers didnt help me, id personaly see another doctor if hes not helping, my doctor told me pvcs/pacs are normal for someone with a healthy heart unless there is a problem with the electricty in the heart

it can be dangerous in the recovery phase; depends on what pattern and what happened - get all of your test results and make notes - ask questions and if still treats you this way, find another doctor
