Hello,
Please look into Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). It is a very unheard of nervous system disorder that prevents the body from being able to properly adjust to the pull of gravity. Therefore, symptoms arise, such as: rapid heart rate upon standing, low or high blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, fatigue, sweating, anxiety-like symptoms, headaches, shortness of breath, inability to exercise, digestion problems, etc. The symptoms are endless and vary person to person day to day. Very few doctors are familiar with this illness and often misdiagnose patients.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Best wishes,
Brandi
we are the same age and i've had pvc's since i was 9. the diference is the went away when i was in high school and didnt come back until 4 years ago. since then i have been living in constant fear. i try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay away from any triggers. the good thing about this forum is that we come across people who have been in our conditions for longer and they're still doing well. i use that thought all the time whenever i feel overwhelme with the anxiety of dealing with these annoying heart beats. since you've done everything right by looking for a diagnosis and everything came back fine about your heart, i would suggest to try to worry less. i know it's easier said than done. NOW, about the sharp pain, i wonder if you have been seen for stomac related problems which can cause sharp pains. it took my doctor a while to investigate that, because we were so focus on my heart. it turned that the stress gave me an ulcer and once i took my ppi(prilocec), the pain was gone. believe me i went to the ER a couple times thinking the sharp pain was heart related. i wish you feel better
