PVCs back again

I posted on here I few times in the past. There was a period of time where my PVCs improved greatly, I had maybe one per day and that was it. This lasted a few weeks and I thought maybe they're gone for good and now it's back again. The last few days I had many PVCs and today I've already felt about a dozen or so. I tried to workout a little while ago and within a few minutes I started getting a lot of them which really freaked me out. It's especially scary when you get what feels like multiple PVCs in a row.  I also got really dizzy following the 3 or so I got in a row. Is that still considered "okay". Can this get frequent enough to trigger actual Vtach or Vfib? What really bothers me is that do occur with exercise more frequently than at rest. I have had all the tests done, and of course everything is normal. How I feel though is far from normal. I'm thinking of seeing the doctor again, but I don't really think there's anything he can do.

Hello,

I had an ablation three years ago for my SVT and since then have had chronic, daily PVC's ranging from 0-5 a day to hundreds a day. Mine also get worse with exercise and I hate those ones that feel like multiples as well! I also had the fear of going into Vtach.  I talked to four different Doctors....two were electrophysiologist, one was a cardiologist and one was a primary care Doctor and they ALL said that no, it cannot send you into Vtach.  The only way a person with PVC's can really go into Vtach is if they have significant damage to their heart from a prior heart attack, electrolyte abnormality or some underlying structural issue. If you had all of the testing and your heart is normal do not worry! Everyone gets PVC's just some people get them worse than others and can unfortunately feel them more.  Drink plenty of fluids, try to relax and tell yourself its ok! Hope this helps, feel better :)

Mine flare up and down too.  Been like this for 30 years so far.   Can't find anything wrong.     They'll come and go.
