PVC's followed by nausea, dizziness and feeling poorly

I am a 30yr old female and I am about 130 lbs overweight and have been overweight for most of my life.  Up until about 2 1/2 yrs ago I did not have any other health issues other than some bad migraines and occasional asthma issues. In 2007 I began to get really sick and no doctors could figure out what was wrong with me. I saw many specialists, including a cardiologist for my racing heart and "flip flop" feeling in my chest, and none of them could figure out why I was so ill. Then finally in Feb of 2008 I was diagnosed with arsenic poisoning. I now seem to have a bundle of ongoing issues and one of them is PVC's.  Some days I will have only one or two and then there are days (that usually turn into a week) that I get several in a minute all day long.  Along with these multiple PVC's, I always experience nausea, dizziness and major fatigue. I use to be on Atenelol to help with the sensations, but was taken off of it when I got pregnant with my daughter last year. I will be going back on it in a couple days, because it did seem to help and quite honestly I need the reassurance that I have something that may help prevent me from having a heart attack because that is a a great fear of mine. I had a stress test done a few months ago and although the PVC's did show during the test, they did not think that they were life threatening. I am just not so sure that I trust in that, because of how they always make me feel.  I also have found out that my Dr's believe I may have developed Fibromyalgia.  I do not know if there is any link between the two.  Please if anyone has any insight into this, I would really appreciate it. I am currently trying to focus on my weight loss, but it is very hard to do any exercise regimen when I am constantly worried about the condition of my heart.

I never found out how I got the arsenic poisoning.... The doc's think it is possible it could have come from the well water where we were previously living, but the landlord would not let us go back and test the water. I am currently taking Gabapentin for my Fibromyalgia and it helps a little. I don't know if I mentioned it in my last post, but I also have Degenerative Disc Disease and am learning that it is the cause of a lot of my pain and discomfort. The Atenelol I take for my PVC's helps some but whenever I eat certain foods, get less sleep or get stressed out, they come back for a couple days. I wish there was a way to just get rid of them all together. I know that I need to lose a mass amount of weight, but it is very hard to do that when I feel like crap all of the time. Anyway, thank you so much for responding to my post. I wish you luck with your condition....

Oh wow, how did you get arsenic poisoning?  That sounds horrible and please ignore me if it's something you don't want to post, I just found it interesting.

Pvc's do that to you, they hurt, they scare you and they're just not fun.  Since you had a stress test, did you get your results? It might be helpful to have your results in hand and read them and research what they are.

Fm has got to make all of this worse, are you taking meds for it also?  Sounds like you've been put through the ringer physically.

I take Zebeta (Bisoprolol) and have a pacemaker/icd implanted and I'm in fear sometimes too that I would have a heart attack with my problems.

I understand the weight issue; my last visit the dr says you've got to get that belly fat off or you're going to add to your problems! I laughed and said be on bed rest for 4 mths and tell me that lol
Of course then she turned around and said you can worry about that later; you need to get healthy first then worry about losing weight.  It's hard for me also, exertion makes me faint or make my heart race to where I can't breathe.
