Possible SVT and Arm and Neck soarness

Im 26, healthy with no previous medical problems.
Approximately 2  weeks ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with a feeling of my heart quivering, almost like I was shivering from being cold, but deep inside. I took my pulse and it was elevated, approximately 115 bpm. The rate at which the quivering happened was much quicker, maybe even double that of my actual pulse. On and off over the past few weeks (2 or 3 times a day), Ive had similar symptoms with varying degrees of severity. Ive had EKGs, Bloodtests, an ECG, and chest Xrays with normal results. My doctor prescribed me atenolol and sent me home.
Last week I started to get a soreness in the top of my left shoulder and the left side of my neck including my jaw at times. This soarness persisted whether or not I was having an occurrence of the quivering or not.  I called my family doctor and she recommended going to the emergency room to be on the safe side. They again did blood tests, an ekg, chest xray and found nothing wrong.  They sent me home with a 24 hr holter monitor which I still don’t have the results from.
After a few days of the neck  soarness, it went away. A few days later I started to get a subtle deep down soarness in my left arm, which sometimes is in my forearm, sometimes on the underside of my bicep, and sometimes in the outside of my shoulder, and sometimes it goes away entirely to come back an hour or so later. Its not a sharp pain but a dull deep soar.  Occasionally, (once or twice a day) I get a very subtle soarness in my chest.  I called my family doctor about this yesterday and she didn’t express too much worry about it, but said if I felt bad to go to the ER.
At this point my doctor thinks its some sort of SVT. Can an SVT cause this soarness? Should I go to the emergency again and have things checked? Is there anything else that can be causing these symptoms besides an SVT ?  What do I have? Im worried!
I greatly appreciate any advise or any insight you may have.

Don't worry about the spelling, my wife laughs out loud out some of the spellings I come up with for simple words.

Can an SVT cause this soarness?

Not typically.  If you had the same symptoms while you were wearing your monitor,  you will know if it is related to SVT or something else.

Should I go to the emergency again and have things checked?

I can't really tell you whether or not you need to be evaluated in an emergency room.  That is better left to the doctor that knows you better.

Is there anything else that can be causing these symptoms besides an SVT ?

The most common thing that causes the symptoms you describe is "anxiety."  It does not mean you have anxiety disorder but it sounds like something recently spooked you and now you are very in tune with your body and noticing every little sensation.  This is a common phenomenon especially in young people 20's and 30's that have no other medical problems.  It is possible that I am wrong and that seeing you in a clinic setting would give me a different opinion but from you describe above, that is what it sounds like to me.  That would be a very odd constellation to related to the heart.
