Possible V-Tach arythmia?

Hi, Ive asked some questions here before. One more if you dont mind?

Yesterday I had flutter in my chest and expected a PAC. Instead there was two milder beats followed by a rapid pulse beating lightly in my chest. It was superficial(100-130bpm). I got dizzy and rose to get up. The came a "Thud" and my heart started beating with normal pulse but fast. ER, thought it might be a-fib, but I doubt it. I dont thnik it was SVT as it was not a normal kind of beats. Could it be V-tach? Lasted 10 seconds and I got dizzy.

I don't think there's any way to diagnose a rhythm based on sensations or rate.  just my humble opinion.  It needs to be caught on an EKG.   Sorry I couldn't help.

With out it being caught on a monitor there is no way to know.  I would suggest if you feel it again do not jump up.  Instead try to cough and see if you can shake it loose. The fact it only lasted ten seconds means whatever it is, is not a concern if you have had all the heart tests that say your heart is structurally healthy.  Take care.
