Yes, premature heart beats are super common.  People get them for any number of reasons and for what seems like no reason at all.  Unfortunately once a spot in the heart fires off a premature beat that spot is sensitive to doing it again and usually will with little provocation.  They are extremely harmless in an otherwise healthy heart so just try to stay heart healthy and you need not worry about them ever, even into your old age.  The big triggers that you can cut out to see if it helps are caffeine, sugars and carbohydrates.  Spicy foods or anything that causes acid reflux.  Becoming dehydrated and over extending ourselves during workouts and stress and anxiety.  I know you said you were on meds for the anxiety but have you done counseling to overcome it?  Our brains our creature of habit and you may be able to gain some ground over your fears if you learn tools to cope with the anxiety.  It might be worth a shot.  So please do relax because you really are not in any sort of health danger from the extra beats.  Take care.
