I am not sure the two are related if you mean polycystic ovaries. I would say try to make sure your hormones are in balance and see if that helps your pvc load but other than that watch stress and stomach issues which are the biggest triggers for ectopic beats. I don't know that my doctor would attempt one at the medically considered not dangerous amount of 3000. I guess it gets into the danger zone at 20,000 but some eps do offer ablations to try and correct the issue at the lower number. But most generally will recommend trying beta blockers to see if that helps. It does for some and for others it doesn't. Most of use have to learn to try and cope as best we can. I am sure not the answer you were looking for but just know you have found a site where you are not alone. I do hope that you are able to get a a handle on your pvcs and feel better soon. Take care.
