Rhythm issues and abnormal ekg

Today had my ekg red and was informed my QRS interval was wide on my ekg at 140ms. I have present LVH last measured 6 years ago at 15mm and hypertension present currently on beta blocker, losartan and clonidine. I have been getting arrhythmias recently that feel like ectopic beats but I’m worried they could be ventricular arrhythmias which could be more serious. I workout 3-4 days a week and recently saw my doctor which wants me to do a holster monitor and echo in two weeks (after it clears my insurance). Anyone had similar issues? I’m 31 years old, 6’2 male and these arrhythmias at times feel like the heart pauses then skips/flutter some beats taking my breath. Should I still continue workout? Has anyone had similar occurrences? Is there a ways to tell how serious these are?
