Scared right now

I had my second heart ablasion on March 24.  I have felt so good.  Right now I am in a-fib.  I know that this is normal as the heart has to heal.  I am just a little scared right now as I have not felt it for about 2 or a little more months.  You know how your mind plays tricks on you.  Well mine is going...OH NO NOT AGAIN.
It has been almost 2 hours since it started.  I am on metropolol 50 mg.  I have taken another 50 mg.  One thing that I really hate is that it is so hard to sleep and you have to go to the bathroom alot.  I guess I just need support right now.  I know that it will be okay...but that stupid doubt is there.  Thanks for listening.

Sounds like you know a lot more about what to expect than I do, but what I know is in agreement with what you say... it will pass, be calm and optimistic.  Call your doctor too if that will help.  Sometimes one doesn't have to talk with the doctor, a call to the office will get some encouragement via a nurse or other medical associate.
