Sinus Tach with Occ PAC's

For about the last two years I have been having problems with my heart. I can be just sitting watching tv, sleeping, working out, cleaning the house or just working at my job when it happens.  I feel like my chest is going to explode, get dizzy, have thrown up, passed out, hands start shaking. Once the episode starts to go away I am then freezing because my BP drops.  I have worn halter monitors, I have had stress test and now I have a loop recorder in my chest. The loop recorder shows Sins Tach with Occ PAC's. The heart doctors have all tried to tell me I'm having an anxiety attack, but I have never had them before and then out of the blue this starts happening. Like I said I can be just sitting watchin tv or even be asleep and it wakes me up. Now the doctor is trying to tell me it is the vagus nerve doing everything and there is nothing to worry about. At times I feel like I am right on the edge of having an episode my chest is tight. I get dizzy a lot. My bp has been as high as 167/104 on one of the episodes. I was told by the doctor to not worry about it, but when it happens it is hard to just say oh well it's fine. My mom and dad both have high bp and my mom has A-fib. I need help.
