Skipped beats after gym/exercise

Hey fellow members

I started an exercise regimen this year and told myself that I’ll go back to the gym and get in shape.

I have been doing cardio and weight training but noticed that after cardio I get a few skipped beats. I wanted to see what you all think about this and if any of you suffered the same. I can comfortably get my heart up to 160-170 and during exercise I get none or at least one if any. It’s mostly during the cool down period that I experience these.

I’ve had a magnitude of tests like ECG Echo MRI Stress Test etc and all was okay except for a short PR no delta wave.  They did mention few PVC and PAC during the stress test. I know that should tell me the answer but overall curious if any of you get the same.

Cheers

Post Exercise, or 'Recovery' PVC and PAC are extremely common and a perfectly normal finding.

As with any PVC issue, different people react to PVC's differently. You just happen to fall into the class of people that tend to feel them and be bothered.

Truth is, probably 80% of everyone else in the gym has the same problem and just never notices it.

Also, having run more then a few Stress Tests personally, I'll add my own experience to the mix.

I don't recall ever actually having a patient who had no PVC or PAC in recovery. It's probably happened with 1 or 2 patients, the perfect test but was not something I took note of or even noticed. I just sort of assume the PVC's are there...

Red flags dont go off unless I spot a particuarly high burden of them, or if they were worse at peak exercise.
I appreciate your response and feedback! They are totally random. Like today I got maybe one or two after exercise which were mild, meanwhile yesterday they were heavy thuds. No correlation to anything that I find. Ah well.

Yes I get them, I mainly get them at rest but I also get them during cool down from hard exercise primarily when my breathing slows from quick down to deep full gasps and I stop moving around at all - they will 90% of them time fire off at the very top of a deep breath.

When I get into better shape they go away. Mine are PACs.

I should say when I get in better shape they go away during excericise - they never go away during rest.
Thanks for your input! How long did you notice until they went away?
After just a few times at the same intensity they seem to disappear at that intensity. I can't really find any research that talks about this though so maybe it is just coincidence.
