Stabbing chest pain with flutter?

Hello, I;m a 19 year old relatively healthy woman, except for random chest pain that I have been experiencing since I found out that I suffered from hypothyroidism 4 years ago. I don't know what it is or what could be causing it, because it is so random, it can even wake me up at night. I have had 3 ekg's with no answers and every doctor I visit have no answers as to what I am experiencing.

There is a stabbing pain that takes up the left side of my breast, and I can feel the pain get worse as my heart beats. However the pain never exceeds 30 seconds, and I get light headed like I am going to faint and it feels as though a flap is delaying.

It happens almost every day, but I don't make enough for insurance so I'm stuck without being able to see a doctor.

First off having no insurance doesn't enter into this....99% of heart docs will let you make small payments each month because to them its more than about the money...a whole nother world of docs believe me.  I think that you getting light headed is not a good situation unless you realize you are panicking and then that is a normal reaction to fear...but.............having hypothyroidism can definately effect the way that your heart beats so a heart doc should obviously be told about that as well./......being a woman i know that for myself and my daughters and sisters as well we can't even count the random incredibly sharp pains we get on the left side of our chests because we've all talked about it...you got my whole family on that one too but hey its been going on for years and its just irritating more than scary at this point because it only lasts a couple of seconds......who probably has to do with the way females are made i think.....i know i talked to my heart doc about it and he is one of the best literally in the world and he just laughed and said it sounded like a girl thing that he's seen many times before...the body certainly is a mystery my friend.  If the light headedness is happening only during those episodes my money would be on the fact that you have what alot of us women have and our family ranges in age from 22 all the way to 70 and all of the women have felt it so if you find out the answer we'd probably come clean your house for a week....i seriously wouldn't worry too much but as they say when in doubt call the doc....any doc...phone calls are free for sure.

Have you worn a Holter monitor? Seems like it might be something that an ekg won't catch, but if it's happening everyday and it is indeed your heart doing something, the Holter would probably catch it.
