Two different EKG's in one week...

I had an abnormal EKG last week that said "Sinus bradycardia, incomplete right bundle branch block". I had another EKG today and this one came back sinus tachycardia but no mention of incomplete right bundle branch block (I was real nervous, that's why my heart was going so fast). It did say "128 premature QRS transition in right precordials, positional variance". The doctor said it was probably due to my anxiety, which ive had forever (tension, hyperventilating). I don't smoke or drink, no family history of heart problems, and healthy 30 year old. Any opinion what this means? The premature QRS thing.

The printed "diagnosis" that often accompanies an EKG is often very misleading.  The machine has a set of parameters it uses to compare the test against.  It doesn't take your nervousness into consideration or anything else like that.  In other words, let your physician make the diagnosis, and ignore what the device might be saying.

I don't know about the QRS thing I'm not a doctor but I do know for my anxiety issues Propranolol does help and helps with the adrenaline issues from my ANS (autonomic nervous system).

I would talk to my doctor about something to help calm the anxiety and see if that helps, along with diet, breathing and exercise if they clear you.

Yes I've had different ekg's even on the same day.

Tom_h it correct.  EKGs are finicky and almost always just lead to more conclusive testing if needed.
