Understanding ILR reports.

Hi, I have an ILR. The monthly  reports shows the presenting rhythm and histogram. I have shown two months below. Can anyone explain why there are times when the presenting rhythm is higher then the histogram range as in the second set. Please do not ask me to ask my cardiologist, he does not seem to like answering my questions. Thanks!

Internal loop recorder.
Presenting rhythm: ST 100 bpm
HR Histograms: Ranging from 50-100 bpm
Events: 2 tachy recordings, 1 egm available, oversensing artifact

Presenting rhythm: ST 103 bpm
HR Histograms: Ranging from 50-100 bpm
