Need help, been sick for over 8 months and still no diagnosis!!!

Hello

33 yr old Male
Healthy until last November
Play basketball 5 nights a week
6'8" 270 pounds
BP 130/80
Pulse 55-72

November 09, had SVT episode with 272 pulse. December 09 had 3 ablations done. January/February 10 had more SVT episodes and March 10 had 5 more ablations done. After the 2nd surgery, I started to experience severe chest pains, bloated feeling, nausea, dizzy, burning in chest, etc...
Had chest xrays, CT scan, blood work, everything done for embollism, clots, pericarditis, etc...
Nothing found and continued with chest pains, irregular beats, PVCs, tired feeling, arm/neck pain, etc...
Had stress test, blood work, CT scan, echocardiogram, ekg, and more, still nothing found.
Cardiac doctors told me I am ok to continue sports and that heart is good. They sent me to gastro doctors. They have run scopes, gall bladder tests, acid reflux, CT scans, MRI, kidney tests, pancreas, liver, and many more. All is good and nothing found. Only that shows up on any tests is: 1. Celiac Artery narrowing and loss of blood flow and 2. Lump in thyroid.
Last month had tests done and they can't find anything wrong still!
I have lost 25 pounds, don't eat, never hungry, when I eat I get chest pains and stomach pains that go up into my shoulder, back, arm, and neck. It is terrible feeling and I get bloated, nauseated, belch alot, and just feel exhausted.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
I am ready to head to Cleveland Clinic to get this taken care of. It has been almost a year and haven't felt 100% since November.
This *****!!!!!
Please help!!!!

I scheduled a ultrasound for my thyroid and have had blood levels checked, which were fine. My mother had her thyroid removed 30 years ago, so I for sure am getting the ultrasound to be safe.

I also have another ultrasound scheduled for the celiac artery narrowing to see how bad it is and if they need to go in and cut the ligament that is cutting it off and hope that it reopens. If not, maybe a stent will be needed, but that might not help with the chest pains at all they said! :(

So far, knock on wood the SVT is gone. Have had a few episodes of the heart speeding up, but nothing like the 200+ range of beats. I do have many skipped beats and irregular rhythms, which make me nervous and freak me out, but not SVT in 5 months.

Any ideas on what these chest pains are after I eat? It is killing me and I don't do much any more. I work all day and head home to lay on the couch at night. Upsetting since I played ball 5 nights a week before this all happened.

Oh and they just did a sleep study and found I have apnea when sleeping on my back at night. More testing for that soon! :(

I would imagine both a lump in thyroid and celiac artery narrowing could cause some of the problems you're having.

You didn't mention if your thyroid levels have been checked? I would suggest getting the lump in your thyroid investigated further.

Has your SVT gone now after your ablations?
