What Can Cause the Heart Beat on an EKG to be Backwards?

Hi! Wasn't really sure how to word the title, sorry. Here's what I mean: if you look up a normal EKG, there is a small depression (in the Q wave), and large spike (R wave), and larger depression (S wave). Mine is the opposite. The first (Q wave) depression is larger and the second depression (S wave) is smaller. It looks completely healthy, just backwards. The doctor told me I was okay, and I don't believe there is anything really wrong with my heart, I'm just curious. The doctor seemed like he didn't care at all and didn't seem to know anything about me prior to entering the room, though, so I don't trust him that much. He kind of shooed me out without trying to help.
