What causes sudden single irregular heart beat

I am 22 years old and I've been having these weird heart beats or fluttering it happens every other day or sometimes once a week. I also suffer from migraine and I've been taking  inderal 10mg pills for 3 months now and I haven't been sleeping well. for the past 6 months I go to bed at 4 am in the morning so I'm not sure if these heartbeats are caused by the pills or lack of sleep.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your question. It is always wise when you have an issue that you feel or wonder if it might be heart related to visit your doctor to be examined and discuss.  That's the prudent course of action to take.  However, heart fluttery feelings are typically medically called palpitations. They are fairly common. They have triggers and it usually is something like stress.  Are you under a bit of stress?  You also mention Inderal which is a beta blocker. That will affect your heart and circulation. Here is a lengthy list of potential side effects from Inderal https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/propranolol-oral-route/side-effects/drg-20071164.  Being fatigued and the sleep issues may be associated with the medication and I'd talk to your doctor about that.  Did the palpitations begin in the past three months when you started the medication?
