What does Borderline ECG & Borderly T Abormalities mean?

I received the following test results:
EKG Severity -- BORDERLINE ECG -
SINUS RHYTHM
normal P axis, V-rate 50-99
BORDERLINE T ABNORMALITIES, ANTERIOR LEADS
T flat or neg, V2-V4

What in the world does all of this mean?  There is no history of any heart issues in my family.

A lot of times the ekg readings are wrong or just super sensitive.  The results need to be read by a cardiologist who will look at the strip and decipher if there is anything to be concerned about.   Often there isn't especially in the borderline readings.  Try to not worry but discuss with the doctor who did the reading what they think.
