What is a right axis deviation and early transition on a EKG?

I had a Stress Test done because of chest pain and shortness of breath and the report stated that I have a right axis deviation and early transition. I'm wondering what that means. I'm a 39 year old female with multiple medical problems including: Asthma,Migraines, Avascular Necrosis Bilaterally in hips, MRSA in 2001, Appendectomy, Open Gallbladder removal, Right Ankle Fusion, Type 2 Diabetes, Right Wrist Surgery, Left Knee Surgery and Patella Realignment, Right Ankle Surgery and hardware removal, Depression, Anxiety, and Fibromyalgia. I also have a collagen connective tissue disorder similar to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I know that having Migraines and the Collagen connective tissue disorder put me at higher risk for heart problems also I have a high family history risk with on both sides of my family.  My mom's dad died of a heart attack, as did her grandfather (his father) and an aunt of hers, my grandfather's sister.  My dad has A-Fib and his dad and brother both died of heart attacks. Should I have any other testing done?  Sorry for such a long post.
