Couldn't induce on an exercise stress test, nor was it captured on a 24 hour ECG. So my consultant gave me a portable ECG http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00J82JIVS/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1419704521&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX200_QL40 which has captured it twice - the latest was 6 days before the EPS and recorded my heart at 220. As this is a hand held device it doesn't give the detail of a 12 lead, just proves it's existence really.
There are many varieties of svts. Some are more easily induced in ep studies than others. Unfortunately ablation for most svts can't be performed if it can not be induced the lab. Has the svt been documented... i.e. caught on an ekg or Holter monitor?
