Would you be able to look over my holter monitor results?

I had a 48 hour holter monitor recently. I was told that my results were “normal” but I am still concerned.

Average heart rate 100 bpm
Min heart rate 57 bpm
Max heart rate 164 bpm
63 beats pvc
155 beats of supraventricular ectopy activity
37 were in 11 funs and 16 were in atrial couplets
The rest were single PACs
Longest supraventricular consisted of 7 beats with a maximum heart rate of 150 bpm

Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to interpret any of that :(  But no one ever provided me with that level of detail after a holter monitor. How did you get that?
