back pain

Lately i have had this a couple of times when i am exerting my self i get a squeezing back pain that travels through my chest. Then i get a stabbing pain on my right side of chest. i suffer from benign pvc's so right now i am freaking out. any help would be great

Well i ended up going to the ER and of course everything was normal. But th ER doctor thought it might be angina so had echo stress done friday and it came back normal. so I guess i am back to square one.

Given you know you have benign pvc I assume you have been examined by a medical doctor on this subject. What does the doctor think about the back pain? This isn't a complaint I have read before, or that I remember reading before.
