bigeminy bisoprolol

I'm a 50 years old man.
Since may this year i use 5mg bisoprolol.
Because of a high heart rate, possible atrium fib.
and lots of pvc's.
My heart rate is now between 60 and 72 in rest. In the morning 76 and late at night 55 /60
I have since may less pvc's.
Instead of the many i did have before i took bisoprolol.
My blood pressure is low 100 /70
I am very tired and i have complaints of dizzyness.
But now the new problem.
Yesterday was terrible.
Lots of bigeminy. Hundreds not stopping till i cough.
For minutes. After the bigeminy came the 'normal' pvc's
Morning, afternoon and in the evening.
When i did something they came. Lying down none at all.
Now i am very scared.
- why do i have those bigeminy pvc's after months with very few pvc's after using bisoprolol
- can you get V-tac or V-Fib if you have lots of bigeminy
- how is it possible to still get pvc's and in bigeminy when you use bisoprolol
- how long and how many bigeminy can you have before you get a serious heart problem
- why did i get bigeminy and other pvcs after months with not many pvc's
I am very scared.

I too have these terrifying symptoms, but in a structurally normal heart they tell me time and time again not to worry. The likelihood of going into v-tach are rare but if you do most people self convert, my colleague had runs of v-tach and once they did stress test they told him the runs of v-tach for him are "normal".
