bradycardia with trigeminy

I have developed bradycardia with trigeminy, no sign of myocardial ischemia, not on medication, no diagnosis made yet, wearing Holter monitor.
What could have caused my condition and what kind of treatment can I anticipate?

Don't know if you are still monitoring this or not, but I am a 43 yr old male who has bradycardia with 1000's of PVC's now daily, and occasional ventricular tach episodes. Done full nuclear stress test, 2-3 ultrasounds, 4 holters, and now an event monitor. No signs of ischemia according to cardiologist. I am very active - swim 3x per week and run once, with bike rides on weekends when I can get out. recommend you make an appt with an electrophysiologist to have a conversation. I took my v-tach record to Johns Hopkins EP guys and they said they weren't concerned. Symptoms are getting worse recently, so I'm probably going to go back again for another check up with the EP folks.  Beta Blockers helped a little, but fatigue me and drain my leg strength. Stopped them for now. Good luck to you. Keep up the exercise until they tell you not to!

Thanks.  It is comforting to know that there is someone out there who shares a similar experience.  I am a very active person, non-smoker, practically a vegetarian and could not understand what is behind the condition.  I have been feeling uncharacteristically tired recently, even had an appointment set up to look into anemia, etc., when I became very light headed one day and decided to go to an ER.
I hope things will get better for us both.  Thank you again.

I have this some of the time each day, have about 8000 PVCs daily. I'm not taking a beta blocker since I often don't feel them, except that I get tired and lightheaded at times and more tired after I exercise. This began about  nine months ago.
The odd thing is that two months earlier I had a treadmill stress test and had no irregular beats at all then.

No one seems to know what causes this, and I haven't received any treatment. I'd like to hear from others here too.
