First off, don't freak yourself out. Easier said than done, I know. Are you still experiencing the chest pains? Also, can you pretty much point to where you chest pain is, or is it radiating to your arm or throat? If it isn't radiating it could maybe be arrythmia or something similar to that. I know it sounds bad, but doctors know how to deal with it. It's fairly common. Do you take any medications? Have you ever fainted or blacked out, or is it just lightheadedness? Again, it's so easy to freak yourself out, but just go to the your doctor or cardiologist in your case, and you will be just fine. Let me know how you're doing!
Here is an American Heart Association web site giving information on signs of a heart attack. A look there will help you decide is your condition matches. You will need to copy and past the address into your browser, the link is not active from within this message.

If you are still suffering from chest pain and lightheadedness I think you should consult a doctor, even consider going to the emergency room at your nearest hospital if you condition hasn't/doesn't improve.
Do you have any other symptoms?
