feeling hard beats in neck and right side?

Hello-

Lately I have been feeling some sensations in my neck-I am assuming they are PVC's, and sometimes I feel a "thump" but it's on my right side.  I am used to feeling it on my left of course and used to the PVC's in my chest, but I usually don't get them in my neck.  I am grateful that for the last few days I have been feeling pretty okay, but I was just wondering if any of you veterans have felt like this before?

I am still stressing over different situations in my life, i.e. needing surgery, still worrying about weird heart beats, etc. but lately my physical symptoms have been SOO much better that I thank God for it.  I still continue to read post and sometimes chime in as it's very encouraging to me.

Thanks for any answers.

I have been to two different cardio's, had all of the workups, echo, nuclear stress test, cat scan, MRI, ekg's, etc.  I haven't had the sensation since I wrote this email but I will keep in mind what you said.  What kind of doctor were you seeing, a PCP?  How in the world can you go for 10 years and they not find anything if it was there all the time?

When i first started hearing heartbeats or the swooshing sound in the left side of my of my neck, I told my Dr about it, he couldn't or wouldn't tell me anything about this strange anomaly. 10 years later I had to have my aorta valve replaced. Get an appointment with a cardiologist as soon as possible. I was seeing dr on a regular basis and he didn't detect any problems with a murmur or leak. When discussed this after a cardiologist diagnosed my problem with my valve, he remembered. Your body is trying to tell you something.
