We are not doctors in this section of the forum.  You may want to try to post your question in one of the more professional forums.  That said, your vitals, BP and heart rate are well within normal limits.  But if you are feeling chest pain and shortness of breath on exertion then it might be wise to go and see your doctor for a check up.  Maybe ask for a stress test and echo to see how your heart is functioning.  It is possible some stomach gas is over stimulating your heart and getting that under control may alleviate your symptoms but go and see your doctor to get a proper diagnosis.  Take care.
