joy,
I think you accidentally posted in the Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction) forum when you actually meant to post in the Heart Rhythm forum. I am moving your post to Heart Rhythm, but if I am mistaken and you are inquiring about Autonomic Dysfunction, please send me a message (hover over my username—heiferly—at the top of this message and a drop-down menu will appear where you can click on "send message") and let me know that that is the case, and I will have your post moved back to the Dysautonomia Forum.
Best wishes,
-heiferly.
Hello and Welcome to the Forum.
Are you currently dx w/ AD? Or trying to get a dx of something?
I know exactly what you are saying! I have felt those same things a million times..No Kidding! Not Fun!
Try and lay on your side rather than your back. I can not promise that will solve all the problems (sorry). But it can / does help :) I have NCS so when I lay down my B/p is even lower than when I am upright sometimes reading like......76 / 40.....Ya! That's pretty low.
If you have not had a good Cardio Work up...I would certainly find a Cardio Doc and let them know what is going on. While waiting for your appt.....A good idea would be to go ahead and start keeping track of HR and B/P. Write down the date, time, reading, and what you were doing at that time. This could give a good indicator, or start point for the Cardio doc.
Again Welcome to the Forum. Also in case you do not know...If you look at the top right hand side of the page you will see "Health Pages". Click on that...So much info in there. Happy Reading :)
Peace,
~Tonya
