heart pounding in my head after I climb the stairs

It all started this summer... when I was doing exercises after 15-20 I will start to feel my heart pounding in the back of my head. I tough it was normal since I was doing a workout and you heart rate is racing when you doing exercises... but as time goes by it started my heart started to pounded more early in my exercises and now I can't even claim the stairs of my house without having this feeling (some days I feel it more then others).

Did something like that ever happened to you? Do you know what can be causing this? I can't even do my workouts anymore because of its I do 1-2 squats and I feel my heart pounding.... It is very annoying and I went to see a doctor but she couldn't really help me because she wasn't my family doctor (I'm from Canada and it take me 3 months to see my doctor) - I just want to see if I can do something by myself before I see my doctor because I'm scared to even take the stairs and to feel bad afterwords.

I am not overweight, I do not have the best alimentation but it is not that bad (in my opinion), I normally don't have a high blood pressure (its pretty low sometimes actually) and I normally exercises when I want to start to loose weight like this summer but because of the pounding by the end of the summer I stopped and I can feel the lack of exercises and I want to start again  so please heeeeeeelp.

thank youuuuu!

I can't help answer your primary question but I know how hard it is being in Canada and waiting forever - I am going through something right now myself. Unless you go into the ER bleeding to death it takes months to get any answers and the mental toll it takes is crippling - basically you are alone and will not be helped beyond keeping you alive in the near term until you can get in to see the family doctor, then tests will take months to get in. My suggestions it to be very pushy, do not downplay your symtpons, write everything down, do research yourself and demand a large number of relevant tests up front on your initial visit to put your mind at ease or you will be waiting months if not years for any resolution.
