High bloodpressure can make you dizzy but you say you feel the room moving, I too have high bloodpressure but am normal weight 165 height 5-8 I had these feelings before and thought it was my high pressure I also had ringing in my ears. I went to washington hospital center to an e n t and went through a lot of test,I ended up having a perilymph fistula which is a tear in the sac in your ear which would leak fluid making me dizzy when going on or off exits on sharp turns or even turning my head slightly but after minor surgery all is better. With your weight people who strain or lift alot can easily get these as I am always lifting something heavy. Good luck and get them ears checked too
It takes a doctor's approval, but your heart conditions look like a natural for treatment with a beta blocker, e.g., metoprolo. Obviously you need to lose weight, that will, I think help you with both you heart and general quality of life, e.g., no more dizzy.
I know you know it, now its time to work on it.
Best of luck,
