ivabradine, BB, hypotension help

anyone ever tried ivabradine for tachycardia? i heard it only affected HR. i have tachycardia,  low BP and got prescribed BB. i was kind of worried if itll be problematic. sometimes it didnt help much (the palpitation). sometimes doesnt notice the difference. have tried propranolol, metroprolol, bisoprolol.  why? :( i wonder if i should ask for other treatment.
(the cardiologist said my palpitation was manly IST)
so far i know the treatment for tachycardia are calcium channel blocker(which isnt really good?), BB. ivabradine was new to me.
please help me get more info.
(ps: yes i know i should n will discuss it with my doctor but before that i want to gather much info as possible as a material to ask cause unfortunately some doctor couldnt really provide us with the help we need) :(

what do u mean? anyway my BP is so low 80/49 supine it raise a little though when i sit, etc (also low bassal temp 35,5 c) even before taking BB. but weird cause 4 days ago it was quite high (also got palp) body temperature also raise a little though normal range. even though on BB (been on it for long). im confused should i stop the BB cause concern about BP..but it says it cant be stop suddenly... (though yesterday i still took it and check it didnt make any diff to BP n HR)
couldnt ask the doctor cause hes out to other country.
though when its low like this i dont get palp.
im freaking distraught by this body :( :(

Wikipedia "Ivabradine".  I think your physician nailed it when taking under consideration your pre-existing conditions.  I'm not familiar with this drug.  It's relatively new and is either not yet available in the US, or has only very recently been approved for sale here.
