localised pain and the PVCs

Does anyone have an associated localised pain in the chest that seems to link to your PVCs?

I always have this sort of pain when the PVCs are very active. I can feel it in front and back. Same location if you were to draw a line across my body.

Yes, I think this is a very common sensation that many of us who have PVCs will feel. Some of it may be an adrenaline rush, some of it may be due to the extra force of the increased amount of stroke volume that occurs in the beat after a PVC (which is actually the palpitation you feel) and some of it may have to do with the irritation of a nerve. But, so long as your echo, stress test, and/or MRI is normal this is not a sign of ischemia in the heart, so it is a benign finding.

Yes, I will sometimes get pain in a specific spot when my ectopics flare up.  It feels as though I am being poked with a stick.  It will usually be gone after a while or by the next day.  My assumption is when the ectopics flare up in those particular spots it is close to a nerve I would guess.
