I was diagnosed with mvp many years ago when I was having anxiety attacks.

I agree with Jerry. You need to have a holter monitor or stress test to figure out what is happening.
What makes you suspect MVP? Have you been diagnosed with MVP (mitral valve prolapse)?
I think it is unlikely that MVP would cause your symptoms. I believe most who have "minor" MVP don't feel anything from it.
I have suffered from a Mitral Valve Regurgitation (leakage) and while it may have contributed to my enlarged left atrium and atrial fibrillation, I am not aware of any symptom I felt that was due to any instance of leakage. I am aware of AFib, and as I suggested that may have been due to the cumulative effects of the leakage over a number of years.
