EKG interpretation machines know textbook normals, and that's it. If your heart rate is supposed to be under 100, than at 101 you're "abnormal". Your heart rate is slightly on the fast side. Maybe you're a little overweight, a little out of shape, or maybe your heart just tends to run a little fast. Your PR interval is a little short, but nowhere near anything I would care about unless it's accompanied by some other weird changes in your EKG. Everything else there is fine. The only concerning thing you said was ST-T changes. I can't help anymore without seeing what those changes are. But as far as the numbers go, they're fine.
not sure about all the rest but sinus tachycardia is simply when your heart rate goes up a bit when you breathe in and slows back down when you exhale and I have been told is nothing to be concerned about. I get that too.
