I get about 8000 pvcs a day, but usually only am aware of them after eating, when leaning back in a chair, going to bed, or lying on my left side. I have them on and off during the day, but those activities seem to make them more pronounced. I, too, think the vagus nerve has something to do with it. Sometimes I get kind of tired while having them.
I don't take a beta blocker for the pvcs, because they tend to get worse when my heart beats more slowly. When my pulse gets in the mid-eighties, the pvcs tend to lessen or go away. If they're bothersome, I often walk around a bit or go upstairs, so they'll ease up.
Yes, I get them after I eat too much or drink too much water. I think it aggrivates the vagus nerve. Mine seems to be very sensitive.

May I ask what a pvc is? Google comes up as plastic
Hello,
yes, I have this almost everytime I eat. I'm not sure how to tell you to deal with it. Maybe take a little walk before you lay down might help. I've been dealing with it for 23 years and the worry is still there. Best thing I have found is to do something to try to take your mind off it.
