I took Rythmol, 225 mgs three times a day for twelve years. Did wonders for my PVC/PACs. Had no real side effects. Then one day my gp decided to take me off it and bam! everything came back plus the added fun of PSVT. Don't really know if it was the direct cause but I liked the way things were before. Now I take Inderal and that works so so. No one wants to restart me on the Rythmol though, they all say too many side effects...lol

As for side effects of Rhythmol, I took 425 mg SR twice a day for a couple of months.  It had no side effects that I can specifically tie to the drug.  It also did nothing to reduce my AFib.  I am no longer (about 2 years how) taking that drug.
