sick and tired of being sick and tired

I had a sinus node modification nov 2014 for inappropriate sinus tach. Im 33 yrs old relatively healthy otherwise but since the surgery have had nothing but complications and aftermath effects. During my ablasion the dr damaged my right phrenic nerve causing a whole heap of breathing issues lung collapse and right hemi diaphragm paralysis and a stint of a wk in icu in respitory distress and for all of last yr struggled with recurring pnemonia now that my breathing has gotten better my heart has gotten worse. After surgery i was in the low to bradi range and slowly over time heart has sped up. Now i have constant skipping feelings ive been near syncope whole body numbness weakness fatigue and general bad feeling. I have shown on monitor and ekg bradi tachy runs and pauses and pvcs also pacs. I just had an ilr(implant loop recorder) procedure to constant monitor and though the dr says that otherwise im heart healthy my bp has become on the low side. My bp was always on the higher end of normal now its like 95/53 and 103/47 just a few days ago. My feet turned white and purple and i had been admitted but was sent home and now just here constantly miserable. Im at whits end here and just how can all of this be normal? I take adivan now to try and curb anxiety over it but even the medicine to relax me doesnt seem to make any impact on the heart. Still feel every pause and every imperfection. Im so confused and feel like they wont do an ything about it or reassure me that im not crazy what im feeling cant possibly be normal. Wondering if cells were damaged in the sa node surgery or if scar tissue developed. My quality of life is now horrible. I feel debilitated and like i cant function normally. When i try to move when i feel it skipping which is almost constant i feel extremely lightheaded dizzy and have had my face go numb and vision go black and i feel like it makes my heart race super fast. Is there a cure or am i doomed to deal forever!?!

I am sorry you had such a bad experience.  I really can't say with certainty what is going on.  It's possible the damage to the nerve is part of the problem or it is possible the scarring from the ablation meant to fix the sa node is causing problems itself.  I suspect the doctors are being cautious and maybe hoping it resolves on its own though the fact that the ablation was over a year ago that doesn't seem likely in my opinion.  Unfortunately sa node modifications care a high risk of needing a pacemaker.  That may be the road you are headed down but that is something that you may need to discuss with your doctors though I would maybe seek the advice of a doctor outside of the practice where you had the original ablation done.  Obviously some mistakes were made and for my peace of mind I would research doctors a bit more in my area to find one who has a really good track record.  I am sorry this happened to you but unfortunately you can't go back.  You can only go forward and it sounds like your quality of life is diminished.  Are you on any beta blockers?  Your blood pressure is really low so make sure you drink lots of water and maybe add some sodium to your diet as well wear compression socks and see if those things help a bit.  Other than that keep pushing your doctors to help resolve this.  At this point though your last resort may be getting a pacemaker.  I hope you are able to get to the bottom of this and feel better soon.
